CAN I OPEN AND CHECK THE CONTENTS OF MY PACKAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY?

Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, and area code while placing an order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.

IF I RECEIVE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I GET IT REPLACED?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 10 days of product delivered. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 10 days of purchase.
