Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Exchange. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order. At Loomz we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. We do not offer full cash refunds on all purchases but customers
have the right to claim a refund on defective or incorrect orders. However, items that have been used, washed,damaged, mishandle or stained will not be eligible for a refund.

Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

a) Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.
b) The product must be returned to Loomz within 10 (Ten) days from date It is delivered to you.
c) You can also exchange products with another product of the same brand within the stipulated time.
However, you cannot exchange products with a product of another brand.
d) Similarly, any unstitched product purchased from Loomz will not be entertain for any claims or exchanges if
the customer has already gotten it stitched.
e) Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer.
f) Loomz will be responsible for shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
h) Loomz is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing. This is requested
to our valued customers to strictly follow washing instructions
i) We recommend to soak and dry the unstitched fabric so that you know the shrinking is done before you sew
the fabric, chiffon steam press only.
j) Items offered via Sale and Discounts will not be entertained for exchange or return.
k) Typically, refunds are initiated within 7 working days after product inspection in the case of faulty goods.
l) You can speed up the refund procedure through our Drop Ship facility & return the Full/Partial Order yourself
to save your money and time.
m) We do not offer cash refund instead a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-
store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 30 days & redeemable on E-store
n) We do not offer any courier service compensation if customer send the item back unless requested by our
representative.
o) Kindly note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor
settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
p)Please do not accept order if the parcel is damaged or seal opened, then email us
at info@loomzonline.com along with the order id stating exchange case. If the product is damaged
please call immediately at 0335  1122344 after receiving the parcel.
q) Loomz has full rights to update the Return & Exchange Policy without any prior notice.

Note: Exchange or Refund will not be entertain against the non-returnable items, unless there is a quality issue,
defect or different from its description
